New employees are eligible for medical, dental, life and disability benefits the first of the month after their hire date. The Company provides medical through Blue Cross Blue Shield via a High Deductible Health Plan with a very generous employer contribution to a Health Savings Account for participating employees. We also offer free telemedicine services for all employees, regardless of enrollment in our medical plan. Basic Life, AD&D and Short & Long Term Disability benefits are 100% Company paid. New employees can join our 401(k) plan at the first quarter after hire. The Company contributes a match of up to 4% to the 401(k) and also offers a Roth option. The files include negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between this plan and healthcare providers. In addition, the files are formatted to enable researchers, regulators, and application developers to access and analyze healthcare pricing data more easily.
